The crown of the cap is constructed of white a white cotton. The band of the cap is constructed of dark blue coarsely interwoven fabric, and is ordained with a NDH wreath and anchor in hand embroidered bullion. The cap features a leather trimmed vulcan fibre visor with a leather chin strap resting on it, attached to the sides of the cap via two gilt buttons.
